HEALTHY SNICKERS COOKIES

95g TotallyNutz Peanut butter

2.5 tablespoon coconut oil

50g Cacao powder

90 maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg (beaten)

30g Chocolate (chopped)

30g chopped nuts 

 

Preheat Oven to 200 C. 

Combine nut butter, cacao, egg and baking powder in large mixing bowl. 

Melt coconut oil over low heat in a saucepan and combine maple syrup. Add mixture to the mixing bowl. 

Add the chocolate and peanuts and mix well, making sure that the nuts are evenly distributed. 

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Use a spoon to transfer the mixture to the tray to form 6 cookie shapes. 

Bake for 8 minutes and allow to cool until the chocolate has set.

PORK RIBS STIR FRY

Mix together :

1 tablespoon TotallyNutz peanut butter

Dark soy sauce

2 tablespoon white vinegar.

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup. 

 

Coat the sauce over pork ribs and cook in the oven.

Fry sliced garlic, onion and carrot, whilst boiling the egg noodles.

Add noodles to the veg then place on a plate with ribs ontop.

Use spring onion + fresh corriander to garnish, sprinkle crushed peanuts over dish to season.

 TOTALLYNUTZ CHICKEN SATAY

3 tblspoons TotallyNutz Peanut Butter

1 x Lime juice & zest

1 x tsp honey

1 x tsp Soy sauce

2 x garlic cloves

1tsp x ginger 

165ml coconut milk

Chilli flakes

500g Chicken Breast

Mix above ingredients together in a glass bowl. Marinade for 1 hour, leave covered in the fridge. 

Cook thoroughly on high heat in a wok or thread onto kebab sticks and cook on a grill/BBQ.

TOTALLYNUTZ ALMOND + CACAO ENERGY BTES

1 cup dates,

1 Cup Ground Almonds,

1/4 Cup Pumpkin seeds,

2 tbsp Cacao Powder,

2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut,

 2 tbsp TotallyNutz Peanut Butter,

 2 tbsp Coconut oil softened.

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls. Leave in a covered container in the fridge.

Enjoy!

 

 

 

TOTALLYNUTZ OVERNIGHT OATS

 

1/2 cup quick Oats

1 tbsp Flax seeds,

1 tbsp Cacao Powder,

1tbsp Honey,

1/2 cup Almond Milk,

1/4 cup Water

 

Blend the ingredients together in a blender. Store in a container and leave covered overnight in the fridge.

 

Add blueberries/banana before eating.
